ERIE LAND BANK

We are an independent agency formed by Erie City Council in 2016 under authorization of the PA legislature... Its goal is to facilitate the return of vacant, blighted, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use. The Erie Land Bank works with a variety of partners to mitigate instances of blight and tax delinquency in order to stabilize and improve property values within the City of Erie's residential neighborhoods... The Land Bank acquires, manages and conveys real estate within the City of Erie in order to improve the physical landscape of the city's neighborhoods.
