ERIE LAND BANK

The Erie Land Bank is an independent agency formed by Erie City Council in 2016 under authorization of the Pennsylvania legislature. Its goal is to facilitate the return of vacant, blighted, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use. The Erie Land Bank works with a variety of partners to mitigate instances of blight and tax delinquency in order to stabilize and improve property values within the City of Erie's residential neighborhoods... The Erie Land Bank strives to work with local and regional companies to obtain services such as demolitions, rehabilitations, property maintenance and more.
