Angela Athella

Angela joined the HRC team as a Junior Career Consultant back in 2019 after completing her bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from a Swiss hotel school. She has various abroad experiences in The hospitality industry and school placement office, which makes her ready to assist young hospitality professionals to move forward with their career steps. Currently, Angela is in charge of our recruitment and market development in Asia. She is very excited to collaborate with hotel and culinary schools, external partners, and other possible sources in different countries in Asia. Having lived in several countries such as Indonesia, Australia, and Switzerland has given her a broad perspective on different cultures and backgrounds. Most importantly, her main purpose is to make sure that all our candidates in Asia will have their dream training program in the US and leave a personal stamp within the industry once they have completed their J1 program.

Erika Kirby - VP of Sales

Erika Kirby, Sales Director and RO (Responsible Officer) oversees the entire Atlanta office and has been working with HRC International since 2005. In her time at HRC, Erika has seen first hand how the J1 program can provide a life changing opportunity for our participants. Erika enjoys working with her clients and exchange visitors by providing the best possible customer service. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and exploring new adventures together.

Floris Drabbe - CEO

Floris Drabbe, CEO of HRC International and originally from the Netherlands, has spent many years living and working abroad. After his graduation from the Maastricht School of Hotel Management, he moved to the tropical islands of St. Maarten and CuraƧao. These experiences helped him to gain valuable management skills within multi-cultural societies. As a result, he is an approachable and passionate leader who encourages his team members to voice their opinions and devise new ideas.

Grace Mumo

Grace is based at our Kenyan satellite office and has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality from BHMS, Switzerland. She delights in being a pathfinder and cheerleader for young professionals as they develop their careers. She loves curating meaningful work experiences where young hospitality professionals can thrive. As a fanatical foodie she loves all things baked, and travels to find all things baked; as well as all things cured.

Melloney Boersma

Melloney joined the HRC team after completing her bachelor of Hotel Management in Maastricht. After an internship in the Caribbean and voluntary work in Peru, it is her dream to help young candidates like herself in taking the next step in their career. She loves to travel around the world, to get to know other cultures and to discover new culinary concepts. With an open-minded character and lots of enthusiasm she is ready to assist you with your next step.

Olivia Rowland

Olivia was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and was previously part of the management team of a local restaurant. In her free time she loves to travel, learn about new cultures, and sing and play with her daughter. She chose to work at HRC International in order to broaden her knowledge of the hospitality industry and be able to work with different cultures from around the world.
