Dr. Brian Bittle experienced a dramatic life change through chiropractic care when it relieved his severe migraine headaches and alleviated Parkinson like tremors in his hands. These changes inspired him to enroll in the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with honors.
In 2003 Dr. Bittle moved to become a Kelowna chiropractor, founding Vida Chiropractic which is centrally located in the city. Under his leadership the clinic quickly grew to become one of the largest chiropractic practices in North America. His passion for chiropractic comes from having seen thousands of patients overcome health challenges and prevent disease by optimizing the function of their body.
Dr. Bittle has spoken throughout North America at chiropractic conferences as well as being a sought after coach on all aspects of chiropractic practice. Locally Dr. Bittle has been an invited speaker for Kelowna businesses, community groups and school boards providing strategies for achieving health and wellness naturally.
Dr. Mark Foullong has prided himself in delivering the highest quality of health care to thousands of people for well over 25 years. Dr. Mark got his D.C. degree from C.M.C.C. in Toronto, following studies in Honours Biochemistry at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Because of his passion for helping families maximize their health, and his love of kids, Dr. Mark further completed 1 year of specialized training in pediatrics granting him Fellowship status from the International Chiropractic Paediatrics Association (F.I.C.P.A.
Dr. Mark ran his own private practice in Orangeville, Ontario for 25 years before moving to the Okanagan in 2020. Dr. Mark joined the Vida Chiropractic team in early 2021 and together with Dr. Brian Bittle run one of the most influential offices in the region.
Dr. Mark has a true passion for family. He has been blessed with an amazing wife Carol, and 4 beautiful daughters Kirsten (who's now a pediatric Chiropractor), Vivian, Sara and Lauren. Dr. Mark's recreational interests include exercise, cycling, skiing and triathlon and in his spare time you'll likely find him out in the lake with his girls, or 50km into an epic bike ride.
Penny has been an integral part of the patient care team at Vida Chiropractic since 2014. Originally from Northern British Columbia, Penny now calls Kelowna home and thoroughly enjoys everything it has to offer.
She is passionate about health and wellness, and as a result of working in chiropractic, she can share that passion with our patients. Penny is meticulous with her diet, exercise, and lifestyle and is an inspiration to everyone she meets.
Sharmain moved back to the Okanagan in 2013, and lives with her husband and 2 sons. They own a Vegan Coconut Milk Yogurt business, that runs mainly out of the Kelowna Farmers Market.
Health, fitness, and wellness are some of her passions, and she uses her love for health to bring great supplementary workshops to Vida. She is always learning about the latest health information, and because of this, is up to date in many areas of health and wellness.
