Geoff McGuire is the Partner/Principal of McGuire Marketing. He has a passion for the marketing business and has been in the industry for over 45 years. He is a graduate with a degree in Journalism and a Master of Science in Communications from Ohio University. Geoff and the team have developed a strong identity as one of the country's premier firms engaged in the marketing of high-end resorts, real estate, and private clubs. Geoff has an immense network of colleagues and has partnered and worked with many of the top resorts in the country. In Geoff's free time, he enjoys golf and spending time in Vermont with his wife Lisa and his dogs.
Jason McGuire is the Senior Principal of McGuire Marketing and oversees the company from the Sarasota office. Jason has over 30 years of agency experience. After graduating from Florida State University's School of Communications in 1992, he began working at Pearson, McGuire Associates in Coral Gables. Jason has a wealth of knowledge in real estate development marketing, understanding trends, developing customized marketing plans and targeting qualified prospects. When he is not working, Jason enjoys FSU football games, working on his golf game, and boating on the Florida coast.
