We provide technical support in diagnostics of structural, geo-structural, and geotechnical systems. We develop plans of repair (POR) based on the diagnostics and offer quality control services during those repairs... Parker Engineering contributes manpower during the year to facilitate review and leading edge investigation/checking services in cooperation with the main Post-Tension Institute's (PTI) Slab-on-Ground Committee. Mr. Parker is a member of Geotechnical and Structural sub-committees involved with the PTI's Slab-on-Ground in efforts to incorporate the lesson learned in the field to revise the design practice.
