RUBY-COLLINS

In the late 1960's, Dick Smith and Louis Westrick came to Georgia looking for work in the construction industry and collaborated with Rip Collins on several projects over the next few years. Eventually, Smith, Westrick, and Collins came together and formed Ruby-Collins, Inc. in 1970 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Construction Company. Ruby-Collins, Inc. has gone on to serve the community as a Subcontractor, Prime Contractor, Joint Venture Partner, Design-Build Contractor, and Construction Manager for more than 67 years.
