Founded in 2004 as a sole proprietorship, SPM Design offers experience in commercial and residential architectural projects. Our specialties include: office buildings, medical offices, and single and multi-family residential projects. Additionally, we have been involved in several mill conversion/ adaptive re-use projects in the local area. Since 2004, we have completed hundreds of residential addition designs in the area... With computer modeling and rendering, we can quickly illustrate design intent, allowing our clients to clearly visualize the design early in the process, make changes, and quickly reach a final design before proceeding to detailed construction documents.
