TSP MFG - Key Persons
After joining WN Global in 2019, Christian now serves as Vice President of TSP Mfg. directly managing its growth and strategic direction as a supplier to the Energy Industry. His primary focus is ensuring customers receive the highest quality product and best buying experience possible, as the company upgrades its technology stack to continuously enhance service capabilities and efficiencies. Christian began his professional career as a financial analyst at GE Capital Energy Financial Services. Starting in 2009 he served as Assistant Vice President of Finance for Terra-Gen Power, one of the largest utility-scale renewable energy developers in the US. In 2014 he co-founded NextWater, a developer of utility-scale water projects, which was acquired by a major national engineering firm in 2018. Christian graduated from Brown University with a BA in Environmental Studies.
Christopher Smith is responsible for complete supply chain development, purchasing, inventory, outside processing, and warehouse operations. Christopher joined TSP Manufacturing in 2011 as Purchasing Manager, bringing more than 22 years of sales and purchasing experience in the specialized fastener manufacturing industry.
Lester Burgess has been with the WN Global family of companies for over 25 years. He has over 40 years' experience in manufacturing management, metallurgy and quality assurance. Lester chairs ASTM Subcommittee A01.13 on Steel Testing . He has authored numerous material and test specifications. Lester is an ASTM Fellow and a past President of the Association of Wellhead Manufacturers (AWHEM). Lester is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer and sits on the Accreditation Council of the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). Lester is the recipient of many industry awards including the highest award of the ASTM Steel Committee - The Founding Committee Award. Lester studied metallurgy at the University of Rhode Island and holds a BS in Economics (statistics) and MBA from the University of Houston.

Randy Boatright is the Information Systems Manager and works in every aspect of TSP Manufacturing to make sure the ERP system and processes are functioning as planned. He has been a dedicated employee of TSP Manufacturing for over 38 years.
Randy has extensive training and experience in TSP Manufacturing's systems and knows the importance of staying current with technology and providing TSP Manufacturing employees the best tools available to service the customer. He works closely with the other Department Managers to create and streamline the processes to better reach their department goals and allows employees to optimize their job performance in the delivery of excellent customer service.

Sandra Aguilar is a Sales Manager who works with TSP Manufacturing inside sales team to service our customers. Sandra knows that great customer service leads to a longstanding partnership with our customers that enables both TSP Manufacturing and our customer to be successful. She has been with TSP Manufacturing for over 15 years, working her way through the company's many departments to gain knowledge in processes and products.

As Sales Manager for TSP Manufacturing, Scott comes to us with over 30 years of fastener experience, from general construction and manufacturing to MRO and all aspects of oil and gas exploration. Scott was a regional manager for Hilti as well as the General Manager for another downhole and MRO supplier to the oil and gas industry. Beginning his career in New Hampshire, Scott has traveled extensively and relocated all over the US to support the organizations that he has represented. Since his graduation, Scott has been in the fastener industry and upon earning his Bachelor's Degree has been managing high-performing teams within the industry.
