UCVISION LAB

Ultra-Communication Vision (ucVision) Lab is established in 2012, belonging to Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA). Our lab focuses on the applications and integrations for communication and computer vision technologies. According to the sensing information from mobile devices through network communications, the environmental data is mined for further representation. In addition, our lab pays attention on the application research for computer vision, pattern recognition, and 3D image processing, for visualization artistic works. Our lab has a long-term cooperation with research center for information technology innovation (CITI), Academia Sinica, Dept. CSIE of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Dept. CSIE and Dept. Communication Engineering of National Central University. The trans-discipline research and system integration across different units is the focus of our lab.
