Once a presenter and demonstrator of crafts on QVC UK, Amy has travelled the world, giving workshops and demonstrations to global supply chains. With over 20 years of industry experience, Amy has an innate ability to lead on projects, to take initiative which makes things happen and lighten the load for our Shareholders, making it possible for the Board to do their job well. Caffeine addict and fabulous tea maker, Amy's positive approach, leadership and project management skills is where our Group benefits most.

Jess joined the Spirant Group in 2021 and in a short time became the promotion lead for Success Won't Come Calling and Simon Gibson's Personal Brand social media campaigns. With a passion for everything social media, Jess is driven by achieving successful outcomes from campaigns - whether this is in the growth of Followers or reaching exciting levels of Engagement - preferably viral! Jess enjoys exploring algorithm assumptions and monitoring social media platforms for new opportunities. Jess is creative, fun, a gym enthusiast, and an all-round team player! One fun fact about Jess is that her favourite acholic drink is gin and apple juice! Sound weird? We thought so too, until we tried it, now we love it!

Laura Morton is a natural nurturer of people. Putting people first is Laura's mission. Paul is Spirant Group's CFO and a talented financial modeller. His knowledge and expertise in investment and tax has been invaluable in our quest for organic growth. An integral part of the Spirant Group's journey so far, Paul is instrumental in sourcing the right investment partners for our business model - for example working with private funds such as Boost & Co. His strategy is to ensure the business is resilient and not reliant on funding that can be expensive for growing law firms. Paul is passionate about many things including spreadsheets and numbers but first and foremost his family of four children! He is driven by an ability to make a difference and this is made obvious through his commitment to our shareholder team. Not your stereotypical Chartered Accountant, Paul doesn't take himself too seriously and likes to spend his spare time writing horror (unpublished to date!) and following his beloved LFC.
My path to becoming the CEO of the Spirant Group, a global alliance of legal and technology companies with an annual turnover of more than £20 million, has been characterised by entrepreneurial spirit and an appetite and willingness to take risks. Having successfully launched and secured the sustained growth of several international enterprises, I am committed to championing the next-generation of industry innovators and leaders, and host a podcast that shines a spotlight on the DNA of success.

Stacey is the Marketing and Brand Manager for Spirant Group, Success Won't Come Calling and Simon's Gibson's Personal Brand. Starting out as the Group PA and Office Manager in 2017, Stacey has been instrumental in setting up Success Won't Come Calling and has developed the entrepreneurial flair we need to continue developing these growing brands. With a career grounded in the legal sector, Stacey brings a lot of knowledge and insight to our field. A hard-working and valued member of our team, Stacey has a real talent for building relationships from that first chance meeting. Responsible for our in-house marketing team, media and public relations, Stacey is the driving force behind the implementation of our campaigns.
