At Universal Taekwondo Academies, we are proud to offer age-specific Kids Martial Arts training that can help every child thrive! Our system is built on the art of Taekwondo and our instructors are dedicated to making sure every child can enjoy hands-on instruction and individualised attention. We have classes from age 18 months and up!... Our ladies only classes provide a safe, fun, friendly environment for ladies to train, build confidence and progress through the martial arts programme. Led by female instructors, we focus on fitness, padwork, self-defence and technical skills, providing a great workout and a fantastic sense of achievement.
