Karl and Dean have been working together for over 20 years within the IT services industry, their journey started with the inception of KDA Web Services, a web-hosting company they still own to this day. They first realised that the UK needed a better, friendlier, and more accessible backup provider when Karl was looking after his local parish council's IT; After trawling the internet for hours he couldn't find an affordable and easy to access service. As they did with KDA Web Services, Karl and Dean decided they could do better and the idea for Backoops was born; The aim? To build an affordable, easy to use, and easy to access service for all businesses.
