Janette Delgadillo has been a Job Coach and Mentor for Adults with Disabilities for four years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a Colorado native and an animal lover. Janette believes that there is a perfect job for everyone, it's just a matter of finding it! In Janette's off time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she also likes to meditate. Some of Janette's favorite hobbies are drawing, painting, writing poetry, photography, jewelry making, listening to music, playing the guitar, and playing with clay. Janette's favorite part of her job is watching her clients meet their goals and exceed their own expectations!
Shira Mandel is the Director of Freedom Career Services, (FCS.) Shira graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver, with a bachelor's degree in Business administration, with a minor in Human Services. She has been working with diverse populations for over 25 years. Four years ago, Shira began working with people who have intellectual and/or cognitive disabilities. In August of 2018, Shira decided to open Freedom Career Services LLC, an agency that provides Supported Employment and mentorship services for people with disabilities. FCS helps clients develope the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment in the community. Shira has built an exceptional agency that encourages her clients to become independent thinkers and problem solvers on the job, while her mentorship services serves to enrich and empower her clients lives through thoughtful guidance, and gained real world experience. Shira believes that building her clients confidence is the biggest key to their success, both prersonally and professionally.
Shira grew up in Evergreen, Colorado. She has three grown children, three grandchildren, and a puppy named Lilly. Shira enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and spending time outdoors. She briefly lived in Israel, and her bucket list includes traveling to every state in our beautiful country. She is a humanitarian who believes in helping people in our community to find a better way of life!

Stephanie Watkins is a Job Coach and Administrative Assistant at FCS. She completed her BA in Human Services at Texas A&M Commerce. She has been working for FCS for two years and thoroughly enjoys it. Stephanie believes that people with disabilities don't have enough support or resources; and gets excited to provide clients with great services. She is masterful at retaining resources and assisting clients to help them reach their full potential. Stephanie is a native of Colorado and has three children. Her favorite activities are water rafting and doing fun things with her kids.
