JACK MILLER LAW - Key Persons
John H. "Jack" Miller, III is the principal attorney and founder of Jack Miller Law, PLLC. He is a regular speaker at various functions, including the Mortgage Lending Institute in Austin, Texas, the Advanced Real Estate Law Course in San Antonio, Texas. He has been a member of the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee (RELACs) for the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law ((REPTL) section of the State Bar of Texas, and will serve as Chair of the RELACs in 2023. In connection with RELACs, Jack has written about and spoken regarding legislative updates affecting real estate in Texas over multiple legislative cycles. As Chair of RELACs, Jack is also serving as a member of the REPTL Council of the State Bar of Texas.
