In December 2019, the Delaware Investor Protection Unit ("IPU") resolved an investigation of Horace Mann Investors, Inc. ("Horace Mann") and one of its representatives, Dieter Hoffman by entering into consent orders with Horace Mann and Mr. Hoffman. The terms of the consent order with Horace Mann (the "Settlement") call for the offer of payments to certain Horace Mann clients. This website has been developed by the Settlement Administrator to support those clients efforts to collect information about the Settlement and how it applies to them... PLEASE NOTE: It is highly unlikely that you are eligible for payment pursuant to the Settlement if you have not previously received a communication from the Administrator's office.
