Mahmood Abdul Razaq Yass, the General Manager of Katavi Mining Company Ltd. obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Al-Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic, operational and technical roles of international mining industry and earthmoving equipment. He was previously associated with Caterpillar, Motorola and Al Hooqani International Group. He received numerous certificates and training in environmental protection, safety, chemical leaching process and minerals recovery, geology, technical skills and plant construction, administration, etc. from leading international organizations. Further, Mahmood had participated in a working paper entitled "the age of Aluminium(Au)-Copper(Cu)-Lead(Pb)-bearing veins in the poly-orogenic Ubendian Belt (Tanzania): U-Th-total Pb dating of hydrothermally altered monazite." He published an article entitled "evaluation of various options to minimise the impact of copper on gold electro-winning in an acacia gravity gold processing plant".
Mr.Omar Gharaibeh is a memberships with the Institute of IACPA IACMA and FMVA.

With over nineteen years of financial management experience including risk, restructuring, corporate finance, audit, financial and management accounting. Omar has a proven track record in his roles around GCC to oversee the overall financial functions of the business.
In addition, he is also expert in business development, conflicts management, KPI's implementation, investment growth, capital and funds assurance.
