Matador Engineering, Inc. was founded by two mechanical engineers with over 25+ years of combined experience specializing in the execution and management of building system commissioning and HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) projects. Our shared experience was always closely tied to MEP design consulting as every firm we have been a part of in our career had both an MEP design and commissioning/engineering field services division. This dynamic makes us uniquely qualified in understanding how a building's design and theoretical performance on paper translates to its actual performance after it is built and occupied... We have the ability to provide owner training in a way that not only satisfies the specification requirement, but also provides superior knowledge and training to the facilities staff and building owner who will inherit the building once construction is complete... Owner training occurs toward the end of the construction when schedules are tight and budgets..
