Aaron McFatridge has worked with a variety of student organizations for 23 years. He is a certified Coach, Speaker, Teacher, Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. He also works with different companies, schools and organizations to lead team building activities and leadership trainings. He is certified through Mental Health First Aid USA and teaches staff in various organizations how to identify and provide support for students who need mental health support. He is passionate about empowering everyone who works with students to decipher a student's behavior clues and direct them to the help they need.
