Our local office provides a place to engage the community in the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro. The new office is located in the Arcade Building on West 6th Street in Downtown San Pedro and serves as a hub for community engagement during the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro... The One San Pedro Transformation Plan has been developed through extensive collaboration with local stakeholders, orchestrated by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. The combined planning effort engaged the services and resources of a broad range of government agencies, the master developer, community partners, local stakeholders, residents, and consultants to craft a collaborative vision for the future of Rancho San Pedro and the surrounding community.
