OSA DC CHAPTER

The chapter was born in 1984 with Dr Surendra Ray as the first president of the chapter with less than 20 member families as the chapter members. The first chapter executive team included Mrs Annapurna Biswal as as the Secretary Treasure, and Mr Sudip Patnaik as the Executive Member. The chapter grew rapidly with more and more Odias coming to live in Washington DC area... About OSA-DC OSA Washington DC chapter is an important and distinguished chapter in OSA. This chapter has members that have served OSA National in leadership roles for decades.
