Carlos is the senior member of Windsor Wealth. In addition to his role as a Financial Advisor, Carlos is responsible for directing the investment approaches and methods for The Wealth Management Group.
Prior to joining Raymond James, Carlos was recognized professionally at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Premier Advisor. The Premier Advisors designation is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors and reflects a high level of standards as measured by one or more of the firm's criteria for revenue generation, education attainment and client-service best practices. Carlos was also recognized at legacy A.G. Edwards by being named a member of both the Crest Club and President's Council.
Carlos was born in Genoa, Italy. Italian was his first language and English his fourth as his family was in the diplomatic corps and traveled all over the world as he was growing up. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University.
An active member of his community, Carlos has served as Lieutenant Governor and President of the Kiwanis Club and currently serves on the Junior Achievement Board and on The Hope Foundation Board. Carlos has just finished a two year term as President of the board of trustees of The Quinlan Visual Arts Center.

Christina is a member of Windsor Wealth. In addition to her role as a Financial Planner, Christina is responsible for developing working investment strategies and alternatives for clients of Windsor Wealth.
Christina also focuses on financial planning issues that pertain to women. She helps women clients by listening to their goals by helping them organize their financial lives and giving them an investment and goal-based plan that helps make them feel secure. Christina does this through providing a learning experience that helps make women feel confident they are making the right decisions for themselves and their families.
Christina was born in Holland, Michigan and moved to Gainesville, Georgia in 1991. Since she enjoyed the warm weather she decided to stay in Georgia to complete her Bachelor's Degree with Piedmont College. She graduated cum laude with a Business Administration degree.
Christina is an active member of the community. She serves on the board of directors for the Arts Council as the treasurer and the immediate past board chair. She's also a member of the Rotary Club of Gainesville and serves as the treasurer. She has recently been named the Rotary Club of Gainesville's President-Nominee for the 2024-2025 year. Christina serves on the board of directors for the North Georgia Community Foundation as the investment committee chair and on the board of directors for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia as a finance committee member. She is also a graduate of the 2018-2019 Chamber of Hall County Leadership Hall class as well as a member of the Lakeview Academy Annual Auction event committee. Christina is a sustainer for the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County and a past board chair of WomenSource. Christina is the founding member of the Women's Professional Advisory Council of Northeast Georgia as a way to provide additional resources to her women clients.
Christina enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband; Gabriella and Chance. Gabriella "Gabby" is eleven years old and is attending Lakeview Academy and her husband Chance works for Prince Industries.
Debbie recently joined Windsor Wealth as an administrative assistant where she provides clerical support to team members and clients. Debbie's 20+ years of administrative experience is very beneficial in helping keep the Windsor Wealth office running smoothly.
Debbie and her husband, David, and their four children moved to the Gainesville area in 2017. She is originally from Rutledge, Georgia where she was born and raised on her family's farm. She enjoys returning to visit her rural hometown and the slower pace of life.
Debbie and her family are active members of Christ Place Church where she has served in several roles including ladies ministry, student and kids ministry, as well as preschool.
Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and teacup yorkie, watching movies, and traveling. Some special memories have been made while flying with her husband David, who is a pilot and flight instructor.

Deven is the newest member of Windsor Wealth Planners & Strategists as a Financial Advisor and an Associate Financial Planner. He has a passion for serving others and strives to make a difference in our client's lives. He served as a member of the Student Financial Planning organization at UGA, and he is currently pursuing his CFP® certification designation.
Deven will be implementing the Windsor Wealth Financial Planning process by making it a priority to understand our clients' financial puzzle. He will help clients identify and prioritize their goals and concerns to maximize their investments and savings to help them fulfill their financial goals.
Deven grew up in Flowery Branch, Georgia and attended Buford City Schools. He played a lot of different sports which ranged from Football to Soccer to Golf, and ultimately ended up sticking with lacrosse throughout high school.
After high school, Deven began his college career at Georgia Southern where he initially majored in mathematics. During the 2 years he spent at Georgia Southern, he played lacrosse for their club team and got elected to serve on the board of directors after his freshman year.
In 2019, Deven transferred to the University of Georgia to start his junior year. He started his career at UGA as a biochemical engineering major, where he began to realize that he did not want to do that for the rest of his life. This led to his discovery of UGA's Financial Planning program. After some thought and advice from friends and family, he went on to Graduate from with a B.S. in Financial Planning in 2022.
In his free time, Deven enjoys spending time with his friends and family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

As a member of Windsor Wealth John Lilly has developed a keen insight in both his ability to manage equity portfolios and incorporate economic developments in his client's asset allocation recommendations.
John grew up in Jonesboro Georgia before starting his career with Merrill Lynch in Gainesville, Georgia, and soon after transitioned his business to A.G. Edwards where he was recognized professionally by being named as a member of Crest Club.
John was born in Huntington, West Virginia, and moved to Gainesville in 1992 after being a 1992 University of Georgia Basketball Letterman, where he earned his consumer economics degree. John is married to native Gainesvillian Anne Michele Lilly and has two children Mia and John N. Lilly IV (Gunner). Mia is a Sophomore at Georgia Southern University, and Gunner is a Freshman at the University of Georgia.
When he's not helping clients, John is actively involved within the community as a member and a deacon at Westminster Church. John also serves as the President of the Gainesville High School Tip-Off Club and is a Board member at Good News at Noon Shelter. John is also an avid cyclist, a first-degree black belt in Karate, and trains in Eskrima Kali Arnis.
