A BETTER HOUSE CLEANING COMPANY - Key Persons

Hi, this is Larry Deane, I have been in the house cleaning business for over 28 years, and during this time, I build a very successful cleaning company, with over 500 active clients. Then, after having a stroke and being unable to even walk across the room, I became concerned about my clients and employees. Not knowing if I would ever be capable of going back to running my company, I decided to let my best employees take the clients they had been cleaning for and start their own companies. This left me with a handful of mediocre employees. Without being able to be wholly involved in running the company, I ended up putting all my effort into making sure the clients were happy and not in building the company. And over time, there wasn't much left of the company, so I decided it was time for me to close the business. I ended up with many years of experience, I had experience running a successful company before my stroke, and I knew what didn't work from my experience after my stroke. Now I could set back and do nothing with this experience, but what would be the fun in that? So, I decided to mentor others and help them grow their cleaning companies. For the past three years, I have been working with companies all across the United States. Not only did I help others to grow their business, I learned from some of the best, what it takes to have an outstanding cleaning company. Now that I have fully recovered from the stroke, I decided it was time to pursue my passion and build a better cleaning company.
