Calla Health Technologies is centered on sustainably improving women's access to cancer prevention. Creating innovations that increase wide scale surveillance of cervical pre-cancers and cancers... Our products have been deployed in more than 8 countries to date on more than 1000 patients. Not only did these diverse group of partners help to inform product development through the human centered design process, but these very stakeholders have demonstrated that our robust technologies can be used in a wide variety of settings and by gynecologists, obstetricians, nurses, midwives and medical officers... The key innovation that will help us achieve our goal is a product called the Pocket Colposcope, which was created as a result of a 3-year human centered design process between Duke , 3rd Stone Design and clinical partners in the U.S., Peru, Tanzania, Zambia and Kenya.
