James Underwood has 20 years experience in engineering design, project management, and project implementation, specializing in electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems for critical environment applications such as telecommunications facilities, data centers and hospitals. Mr. Underwood has extensive experience in the design and application of AC and DC Power systems, including main electrical services and distribution, primary and emergency generators, grounding, DC power plants, and facility alarm systems. He has spent over 10 years as a field engineer performing substation start up and commissioning services; evaluating, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and apparatus through the 115kV class. James R. Rowland

Mr. Rowland has 20 years experience in engineering design, project management and company management as a consulting engineer. His technical expertise includes detailed mechanical and electrical system design and field construction management, as well as all aspects of value engineering, project scheduling and cost containment. He has detailed experience working on Power Plant Development; Mission Critical facilities, including Datacenters and Central Office Telecommunications facilities as well as other Industrial and Military facilities and utility projects. His company management experience includes overall management of engineering services, personnel and production as COO, including growing the company into a major firm serving critical facilities clients. He has also led the Marketing and Sales group for engineering services.
