ERB INSPECTIONS - Key Persons
Casity Sly has been with us since 2011. She is a Certified Building Code Official and is our Building Code Department Manager/ Permit Officer.

Jay Erb is the Owner/President of Erb Inspections, Inc. and has achieved his International Master Code Professional Certification. He handles all the commercial plan examinations as well as most of the commercial building inspections for our Bradford, Lycoming, and Tioga Counties' Municipalities.
Jeff Tracy, is a Commercial and Residential Building Inspector working part-time helping wherever he is needed.

Matt Erb is Jay's son. He is the residential inspector and plan reviewer for our Bradford, Lycoming and Tioga Counties' Residents. Matt has also earned his certification for Commercial Building and Electrical Inspector. Although Matt's background is not construction, he has worked for his dad on many projects from an early age, but most importantly, he has the friendly

Stephen Cooper, is the newest addition to the Erb Inspections Team. He is a Fully Certified Residential Inspector and recently obtained his Commercial Electrical Certification.
