I was a skinny, shy and unhappy kid. I lacked self confidence and wasn't happy with the person that I saw when I looked in the mirror. I wanted to fit into bigger clothes, just like the other guys that I knew. I wanted to impress the the women that I spoke to. Most of all, I just wanted to fit in and wanted people to notice me... Months went by and my results were amazing, however, once I approached the 4 months mark, things seemed to stall. I wasn't making great progress like I did when I just started out. My motivation levels dropped and I wasn't as invested in my health any longer. Then it hit me: There is so much more to fitness than just going to the gym..... I have spent the last 9 years of my life learning and implementing different approaches to health and fitness, both in my life as well as the lives of my clients. Creating new training experiences while working closely with the development of their mental health has proven to be a recipe for success.
