Rochelle Douglas

Rochelle has a Bachelors Degree in Counselling Psychology with a minor in social and criminal justice. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers both as a Social and is actively pursuing her Masters of Social Work. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and emotionally focused family therapy. Rochelle specializes in working with youth, families, and individuals struggling with wellbeing concerns ranging from social, emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning disabilities. She empowers clients by focusing on strengths using a client centered holistic approach. She is passionate about helping clients improve their mental health and to achieve their personal

Shanique Brown

Shanique has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and holds a Certified Life Coach designation. She is a professional member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. In addition, she has acquired 10+ years experience working with a wide range of clients and their respective challenges. Shanique is currently not accepting new clients but works as the Intake Counsellor for HSB Wellness.

Theresa Teichman

Job Titles:

Theresa holds a BSc in Human Development and Family Studies with Minors in Psychology and Sociology. She is a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Additionally, Theresa is pending final certification by the Justice Institute of British Columbia in Family Mediation and Conflict Resolution. Theresa specializes in personal or family counselling, and parenting support measures. Her experiences include working through grief, anxiety, ineffective coping strategies, and the effects of aging seniors on the family and adjusting to their life changes. From a client centered focus, Theresa aims to provide a place of safety and trust, helping guide clients to find their way through their challenges via EFT, DBT, CBT, and ACT strategies.
