J.E.S. Mediation Services, LLC is a small business with more than 20 years of experience in the conflict management field. The sole owner, Mr. Jerome Sligh, is a retired Army officer and a retired Senior Mediator for the United States Department of Agriculture. He has a wealth of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) process, workplace interventions and conflict management. Mr. Sligh is an active, volunteer mediator with the Carrboro (NC) Dispute Settlement Center and participates in divorce settlements and child custody cases.
