In 2020, KSM Group was formed and spun off that business into Kin Capital Partners, building a new investment arm alongside the capital advisory business, while continuing to add new partners and grow both lines of businesses... KSM Group of Companies Inc. is a Toronto-based private equity and asset management company investing in real estate related businesses and direct real estate opportunities across North America.
