Tom Lamontagne is a licensed professional engineer and owner of Lamontagne Engineering and CEO/CTO at Element Machine Tools. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, Tom started his career as a Project Manager at the Advanced Manufacturing Center at UMaine and continued into the world product development and manufacturing engineering. Over the last 12 years Tom has worked with individuals and companies to develop new products, improve old and create innovative manufacturing processes to increase quality and efficiency. When not in the office Tom can usually be found building adventure trails for his kids (he and his wife included) or climbing mountains on a bicycle
