LECARROW FARM WELLNESS CENTRE - Key Persons

John-Gerard has a Postgraduate from Trinity College in Workplace Wellness specialising in Nature based interventions and meditation, and is currently completing a certificate in Integrated Sound Healing. He has been practicing and training in various meditation techniques since 2011 with emphasis on Advaita Vedanta and hosts meditation classes, wellness retreats and workshops around the country. He has written articles for a number of journals and publications on the topic of wellness and meditation. After spending some years travelling and working in the fields of Business and Media, he is now living and running the family farm in Lecarrow, Co.Mayo. ​​ He works with individuals, groups and organisations bringing wellness programmes to meet their needs. He has a degree in Economics and Finance from UCD, Postgratuate Workplace Wellness from Trinity College Dublin, a QQI L6 Trainer Qualification and is completing a certificate in Integral Sound Healing.
