Marinomed is led by a management team with strong expertise and an extensive track record in virology, infectious diseases, allergies, immunology, molecular biology, finance, M&A and business development. A Scientific Advisory Board and a Supervisory Board, composed of high-profile international experts, support the management team. Marinomed Biotech AG is a biopharmaceutical company which was founded in 2006 as a spin-off of the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. Since then, the Company has grown successfully to around 50 employees in 2023. In February 2019, Marinomed went public in the prime market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Since 2020, the Company has been based at its new company site in Korneuburg, Lower Austria.
