MILLSAP WATER

In 2018, Millsap WSC was notified by our Parker County Commissioner, Larry Walden, that our buildings and property at 111 N.E. Front Street were in a location that was needed to rework FM113, reducing the curve as the road crossed Union Pacific's Railroad Crossing going north on that road. We began the arduous task of locating a new location, with or without suitable facilities to replace the ones we were to give up. In the fall of 2018, a new location at 107 Fairview Road (our current location) was acquired and remodeled to replace our office. In December 2018, a new metal building was constructed to provide our Operations with storage and workspace.
