Gabrielle joined CoWorx in 2019 to support National Recruitment efforts.
Previously, she focused on direct hire for IT and operations, accounting and finance, and sales and marketing positions as a Recruitment Consultant with an IT/tech search firm.
She has worked in the staffing and recruitment space since 2017 and graduated from Rutgers University with degrees in Economics and HR Management.

Kara Rogan is the Chief Executive Officer of CoWorx Staffing Services, Mount Kemble Search Group's parent company.
Rogan first joined CoWorx in 2005 as a director, overseeing a relatively small market. By 2010, she was promoted to Senior Director, Southern New England; and, in 2016, she was promoted to Vice President, East Region, managing more than 30 locations.
In 2021 Kara was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. As COO she helped grow the company by 20% in 2021 and 30% in 2022.
In 2022 Kara assumed responsibility for human resources, risk, marketing and the Luxury Method division and was recognized as one of the Top 10 Staffing Leaders to watch in 2022 at the World Staffing Awards.
Lori is a Certified Staffing Professional with more than fifteen years of full desk recruitment experience.
She joined CoWorx in 2014 as a Sr. Account Manager and transitioned into an executive recruiter position in 2016, where she's focused on the manufacturing, consumer goods, and light industrial verticals.
Previously, Lori managed HR and severance operations at a leading, global tech/commerce company.
Tim is the Co-Founder of Mount Kemble Search Group and former CEO of the parent company CoWorx, a staffing and services organization, with over 60 offices located throughout the U.S. Tim is currently the CEO of NewRoc Management.
Tim spent much of his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), a multinational professional services firm, where he served as the US and Global Leader of the Private Equity Practice. He also served as CEO of HRS Management for several years.
Throughout his career, Tim has focused on acquisitions and on growing companies through operational improvements. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Vince Talamo joined CoWorx in January 2020 to launch the firm's dedicated executive search practice, Mount Kemble Search Group. Vince has worked in executive search and recruitment for over twenty-two years, having spent the earlier part of his career in the publishing industry.
He began his search career in 1998 at a boutique, retained, executive search firm, which focused on the asset management industry and financial services. Since then, he has served as a recruiter and partner for two search firms, while working with a variety of organizations, including Mutual Fund companies, Hedge funds, private equity firms, and some of the largest endowments in the country.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for developing new client accounts while executing searches across a variety of job functions, including C-Suite (CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO) as well as entry level positions (Analyst, Associate). Vince is a graduate of Connecticut College, where he majored in English Literature and Creative Writing.
