J. Dyas started in construction as a carpenter in 2003 in the trade unions. In 2006 his first company as a licensed builder building additions and interior remodeling such as kitchens, baths and floor plan redesign in the tri-county area of Detroit. In 2012 due to the expansion of services New Growth incorporated commercial interior finish, build outs and renovations. Along with real estate acquisitions of single/multifamily investment properties.
