Dr. Ilhan Yigit graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He completed his masters and doctoral degrees at Istanbul University, Department of Private Law. Dr. Ilhan Yigit's master thesis was entitled "General Assemblies of Joint Stock Companies: How do they operate? What are the challenges?" The title of his PhD thesis was: "Liability for damages resulting from breaches of Competition Law." Dr. Ilhan Yigit's masters and PhD theses were also published as books. He also published numerous articles in peer reviewed and non-peer reviewed academic journals.
Dr. Ilhan Yigit has experience representing a broad range of local and multinational clients in all areas of commercial and corporate law, competition law and intellectual property law. Since 2003, he has been a lead legal advisor to well-known law firms and corporations.

In 2012, Mr. Sinan Olcer completed LLB (Hons) from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
In the final year of his bachelor's degree, he worked within the award-winning Northumbria University Student Law Office. Mr. Olcer worked on live cases within the areas of Property Law and Civil Litigation for three months. During his studies within the Student Law Office, he undertook extensive research and gave advice supervised by qualified solicitors and barristers. He interviewed clients with one other student on a regular basis. In 2014, Queen Elizabeth II presented Northumbria University School of Law with the Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education for the outstanding community work of its Student Law Office.
In October 2014, Mr. Olcer completed LL.M in International Trade Law (a research-based Master's degree in Law) from the University of Northumbria School of Law, Newcastle upon Tyne with a Commendation. His dissertation focussed on to to investigate whether Turkey should remain a signatory of The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG; the Vienna Convention) or not. After his undergraduate and graduate education in the UK, Mr. Sinan Olcer completed the Turkish Law Equivalency exams and gained a Turkish Law Equivalency Diploma from Dokuz Eylul University.
