Aaron Knight joined QuadReal in July 2019. As Senior Vice President, Development, he is responsible for QuadReal's development activities in Eastern Canada, focusing on large-scale mixed-use projects including Bayview Village and Cloverdale Mall.
Aaron brings extensive land development experience having led multidisciplinary teams on complex mixed-use and high-rise projects across North America. Prior to joining QuadReal, he was Vice President, Hi-Rise at Great Gulf, where he oversaw the delivery of residential condominium projects in the U.S. and Canada.
Aaron holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is a certified member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Alastair Hughes joined the QuadReal Property Group Board of Directors in October 2019.
Alastair has over 32 years of real estate experience advising investors and occupiers in multiple international real estate markets, both at an operational level and strategic level. He joins QuadReal's Board after serving as a member of the Global Executive Board at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he held various executive management positions, including CEO of JLL Asia Pacific and CEO of JLL Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Alastair holds a B.A. in Economics from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He currently sits on the Boards of several companies, including Schroder REIT Limited, British Land Company PLC and Tritax Big Box REIT PLC.

Alison Morsley joined QuadReal in November 2016. As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Alison develops and leads a team that ensures the seamless support and counsel of all colleagues across the company on day to day human resources functions.
Alison brings over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. She was formerly the Director, Human Resources at Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak), where she was responsible for leading and overseeing all people functions for the company's multi-residential and retail portfolios in Canada. Prior to her role at Bentall Kennedy, Alison held senior Human Resources positions with Future Shop and Best Buy Canada Ltd., as well as several progressive leadership roles in Operations, Sales and Human Resources at Hudson's Bay Company.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association, Peel Chapter.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Andrew brings a deep understanding of mortgages, loan syndication, unsecured debt finance and construction finance to the domestic debt program. He was formerly Director of Corporate Banking, Real Estate at Scotiabank where he was responsible for managing a diversified debt portfolio for both public and privately held real estate entities in Canada. Previously, he held progressively senior positions with Scotiabank in risk management, commercial lending and branch operations.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh Napier University.

A highly respected industry expert with over 35 years of experience, Andy is formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Retail Services at Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak), where he founded, built and developed their retail division.

Anita Orazietti joined QuadReal as Senior Vice President, Finance & Planning in September 2018 after consulting with the company's senior management during the formation of QuadReal. Anita is responsible for the company's financial planning, budgeting, management reporting and analysis.
She was formerly Senior Vice President, Finance at Bentall Capital LP (now BentallGreenOak), where she was responsible for corporate and board reporting, controllership, budgeting and forecasting functions. Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte in both the Vancouver and Milan offices.

Anthony Lanni joined QuadReal in February 2017. With demonstrated leadership in acquisitions, development and construction, Anthony brings a deep understanding of markets and design to the QuadReal leadership team. Anthony was formerly a Vice President with Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak), where he led multi-family asset management activities in Canada. Previously, he was a partner with a Canadian development company with responsibility for the firm's investment and development programs. Earlier, Anthony worked in corporate finance in both New York and Toronto with a global financial institution.
Anthony holds a Master's of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate & Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor's Degree of Environmental Studies from York University, and is a Professional Land Economist.

Bing Cheng joined QuadReal in November 2018. As Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Industrial, Bing's responsibilities include oversight of QuadReal's industrial investments within the United States through accretive asset management on leasing, operations, third party property management and ESG initiatives.
She was previously QuadReal's Vice President, International Real Estate where she was responsible for executing asset management strategies and dispositions in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Bing was formerly an Executive Director of China Orient Summit Capital, where she was responsible for managing the firm's US assets. Previously, she served as Director at UBS based in San Francisco, where she spent 11 years as an asset manager overseeing a portfolio of industrial, hospitality, multifamily and retail assets.
Bing holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.

As BCI's Executive Vice President & Global Head, Public Markets, Daniel is responsible for managing a diverse global portfolio of investments, which combines index and active management strategies and integrates environmental, social and governance factors into investment analysis and decision-making. Before joining BCI, Daniel was the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSPIB). Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Hydro-Québec, as well as the Chief Executive Officer at Hydro-Québec International.

He began his career at UBS in 2001 and subsequently worked in the US Equities Group at IG Investment Management.

Dennis Lopez joined QuadReal as Chief Executive Officer in June 2017. He is responsible for the leadership of the company and its global investment strategy. His mandate is to create a market leading, global real estate investment firm that delivers strong performance and responsible management to its stakeholders. A seasoned real estate professional, Dennis has an extensive track record of global investments and brings deep relationships with real estate industry leaders and major institutional investors to QuadReal.
Dennis has been actively involved in real estate for over 30 years and has worked in the Americas, Asia and Europe. He has significant experience in real estate M&A, acquisitions, lending, developments and capital fundraising in both the public and private markets. Prior to joining QuadReal, Dennis was CIO of AXA IM - Real Assets, the fifth largest global real estate investment manager, based in Paris. In his combined roles at QuadReal and AXA, he has approved over $100 billion of acquisitions and loans. Previously, he served as the CEO of SUN Real Estate Group, a private equity firm based in Delhi and Moscow. Dennis spent his earlier career as the Global Head of Real Estate at Cambridge Place, a London-based hedge fund, and as Managing Director and European Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at JP Morgan in London.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He is currently a board member of Welltower (NYSE: WELL), Article Student Living, Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors and T5 Data Centers. He is also a board member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). Previously, he was Co-Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee at The Real Estate Roundtable and sat on the boards of American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) and Homex (NYSE: HMX). Dennis is based in Vancouver at QuadReal's head office.

Don brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Don was formerly Senior Vice President, Real Estate with Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak), where he was responsible for the strategy, direction and growth of Bentall Kennedy's development, leasing and property management in Calgary and Winnipeg. Previous positions included senior management positions in both Calgary and Vancouver with Oxford Properties and Bentall Kennedy.
Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary. He is most committed to advancing education and industry excellence, serving on the boards of BOMI Canada, the Property Management Institute of Canada, and his continued work with BOMA. Don is a BOMA Fellow and served as Chair of BOMA Calgary in 2012, BOMA Canada in 2016, and currently sits on the Executive Committee of BOMA International. Farhaz Miah joined QuadReal in August 2022 as Vice President, European Research & Strategy. He is responsible for researching investment transactions and strategies, exploring sector trends and identifying geographies of opportunity in Europe.
With over 12 years of experience in established real estate research teams, Farhaz brings valuable expertise in research-driven investment strategies to QuadReal. He was previously the Head of Research, Europe at Hines where he led efforts focused on capital raising, deal underwriting, investment strategy and thought leadership. Prior to that role, Farhaz held senior positions with Deutsche Asset Management and Preqin.
Farhaz holds a Master's of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Central Lancashire.

Hunter Jordan joined QuadReal in February 2017. As Vice President, Operating Group, he works directly with QuadReal Resources Group and the operating companies in which QuadReal invests to capitalize on opportunities and create stakeholder value.
Hunter was formerly a Vice President on QuadReal's U.S. Investments team and contributed to the formation and operational expansion of QuadReal's International group. Prior to that, he held finance and accounting positions at Wells Fargo Securities in New York and PwC in Vancouver.
Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is an accredited member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

J. Lorne Braithwaite joined the QuadReal Property Group Board of Directors in December 2016.
Lorne was the founding CEO of Cambridge Shopping Centres, now Ivanhoé Cambridge. He joins QuadReal's Board after serving as Chairman, President and CEO of Cambridge before the sale of the company in 2002. He is the Chairman of the Canada Post Pension Plan's Investment Advisory Committee and a Special Advisor for Majid Al Futtaim Retail, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure company in the Middle East and North Africa. Lorne also served as President and CEO of Build Toronto Inc., an independent real estate and development corporation established to generate value from underutilized real estate assets throughout the City of Toronto.
Lorne holds a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a Director of the Business Advisory Council at the University of Alberta School of Business and past Chairman of the Hospital for Sick Children Real Estate Division Capital Campaign. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Enbridge and OMERS Realty Corporation. In 2005, Lorne was a NAIOP Award for Real Estate Excellence Lifetime Achievement Honouree, and is a member of the Alberta Hockey Hall of Fame. He was also a World-Wide Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centres.

Prior to that he worked in the real estate group at Morgan Stanley.

Jamie Gray-Donald joined QuadReal in February 2017. As Senior Vice President, Sustainability & Environmental, Health & Safety, Jamie finds ways that sustainability practices enhance prudent growth and sustainable returns, from development through to asset management. In his role as leader of QuadReal's Environmental, Health and Safety team, Jamie works to ensure QuadReal employees have a safe and healthy workplace by quantifying and managing a range of environmental risks, from contaminated soil through to providing training and on-going support.
Jamie was formerly the Vice President of Sustainability at Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak), and the Associate Vice President, Sustainability with Sears Canada. Previously, he held the position of Research Coordinator at the Centre for Sustainable Futures in Plymouth, UK and he worked in the Philippines at the International Rice Research Institute.
