Ronald is a graduate of the University of the West Indies having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. In February 2000, Ronald obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management through the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft, a German Institution involved in Technical Cooperation and Training. In May 2016, Ronald participated in the US Government's International Visitor Leadership Programme entitled "Our Oceans Protection and Sustainable Use". Ronald has been involved in waste management since 1993, and has over 27 years experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Programme Implementation..
