Rachelle has worked as a pharmacy technician since 2006 and has a wealth of experience working for both small and large corporate pharmacies.
Kaela was born and raised in Idaho Falls and loves the people and the area! Since 2016, Kaela has worked for businesses focused on superior customer service and has held multiple leadership positions where she insured an optimal customer experience.
Kaela joined the Rocky Mountain Pharmacy team in November of 2021 and is excited to learn more and help all patients have the best possible pharmacy experience. Kaela is new to pharmacy and is diligently working toward her pharmacy technician certification. Helping people has always been important to her and she is excited to work with you!
Whenever possible, Kaela enjoys trips to the Disney theme parks and spending time with her family. She is married and has a labradoodle named Cosmo.
Karly Lynes earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Idaho State University and is the Pharmacist in Charge at Rocky Mountain Pharmacy in Idaho Falls. Karly was born and raised in eastern Idaho and has a deep attachment and love for this area and the people who live here. Being in healthcare gives her the opportunity to serve others in a professional capacity-she gets to do what she loves every day!
In her pharmacy career, she has worked in various environments including large retail, hospital, independent, and long-term care. She is most excited about working in the unique environment Rocky Mountain Pharmacy provides. Karly brings her previous management, instructional, and technology expertise to our pharmacy. Combined with 15 years of pharmacy experience, Karly is uniquely qualified to provide compassionate, efficient, and comprehensive service to her patients.
One of the greatest benefits Karly enjoys about working at Rocky Mountain Pharmacy is the close proximity and association it gives her to work with Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center. This allows her to collaborate directly with their renowned team of doctors, providers, nurses, researchers and diabetic educators to help fill the gaps that can sometimes exist between providers and pharmacies.
Von Crofts is the General Manager of the following family of businesses; Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center, Express Lab, Rocky Mountain Clinical Research as well as Rocky Mountain Pharmacy.
