Your box numbers are uploaded through Stella's migration tool and default to "empty". You can assign a box to an existing customer as "rented" or choose a different status in the drop down (ie: damaged). As a customer's box moves to a new address, the box location is tracked to that new address. Once it is scheduled for a Final Pick up, the order is completed, and the box status will automatically change to "empty". You can view real time data of your inventory in the dashboard, as well as a more detailed view by box size in the Inventory section of Stella. You can also use the maps feature to see a Google Maps view of all of your boxes. Stella provides a filter & search tool to search and/or export reports... Using Payment Depot as the credit card processor and Authorize.net as the gateway, Stella's API connects with Authorize.net and creates a customer profile as the card is entered and saved. Stella bills the client's recurring charges, and future transportations automatically...
