Irvin Springer

Irvin Springer has been involved in the entertainment and event management business in Saint Lucia for the past 18 years and is a founding director and shareholder of RPM Inc. From 2001, he served as a liaison officer for the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF) handling regional performers for major concerts held during the Independence and Carnival celebrations. In 2005, he was a founding member and director of Red International Inc now operating as RED Unlimited Inc where he served as Band Leader/ Finance Director from 2006 to 2010 He resumed the role of Band Leader for their 2013 portrayal and remains a director of the band to this date. In 2007 he served as the Promenade Manager for ICC Cricket World Cup where he and his team managed the hosting of six (6) major concerts over twelve (12) nights and the concert for the semifinals which featured local and regional performers. In 2013, along with two associates also involved in event management he founded Right Production Management Inc also known as RPM Inc. In 2016 he served as Events Manager for the Carnival Planning and Management Authority (CPMA). He was tasked with managing all twelve (12) national events hosted by Government of Saint Lucia for Carnival 2016. In addition to his involvement in the entertainment and event management industry, Irvin is also a respected banker and well known in the business community. He is currently employed with the 1st National Bank (St. Lucia) Limited as the Business Development Manager a position he assumed in August 2016. Prior to 1st National Bank, he was employed with the Bank of Saint Lucia Limited for 22 years with his last position being Assistant Manager - Private Banking. Irvin has strong professional and personal relationships with several major suppliers and performers in the local entertainment business and within the region.

Kenwyn Pierre - CTO

Kenwyn has been involved in the arts, culture and entertainment business for the past 17 years and a founding director and shareholder of RPM Inc. He has had the opportunity to be part of the planning stages of the Just4Fun carnival band. His duties included mas camp preparations, aiding the set up and organizing of sites for events leading up to the Carnival session. Kenwyn has also gained extensive experience through the planning and organizing of a series of successful parties/fetes. Added to his skills is the fact that he has worked as a stage manager for the last ten years. Kenwyn is a well-rounded individual who has been involved in volunteer work for several organizations. He has been a member of the Saint Lucia Athletics Association events committee for the last six years. His work ethic, ambition for success and attention to detail makes Kenwyn an excellent idea man and executor of plans. In 2013, along with Irvin Springer and Timothy Fevrier he formed Right Production Management Inc. From then to present, he has made a name for himself as one of the leading stage managers on the island. Apart from his involvement in the entertainment industry, Kenwyn is the owner of Eagle Eye Solutions INC. A company specializing in IT consulting and security systems management throughout Saint Lucia and the Caribbean. Kenwyn is also a certified ATM technician having worked with Bank of Saint Lucia for several years as an IT Hardware Technician.

Krystal Jean Baptiste

Krystal Jean Baptiste has been involved in event management both professionally and voluntarily for over 15 years and with RPM Inc from inception. In January 2018 to January 2019 she held the position of Project Coordinator for the ICC Women's World T20 Tournament held in the West Indies. In 2016 she founded and is one of the Managing Directors of Fuzion Mas Carnival Band In 2015-2017 she worked as the Marketing and Investor Relations Officer at the newly established Citizenship by Investment Unit (Saint Lucia). In 2013 -2015 she held the position of Event Operations Manager for Saint Lucia for the inaugural Caribbean Premier League. She was the officer responsible for the execution of the overall event plan in Saint Lucia and responsible for the marketing and support staff for the Saint Lucia Zouks franchise. In 2013 - 2014 Krystal held the role of event coordinator for Teddyson John's Love Passion series of concerts. In 2011 she worked for 6 months at Radio Caribbean International (RCI) as the Special Events Coordinator for their 50th Anniversary Celebrations as well as Piton Party in the Yard activities. In 2009 through to 2010 she occupied the position of Project Assistant for the International Cricket Council (ICC) World T20 Tournament in the Caribbean. She was a part of the regional team responsible for the overall tournament and was the understudy for the Regional Events Manager. From 2004 to 2016 she has held the position of a Section Manager in Red Unlimited Carnival Band. Krystal current possesses the following qualifications; - Bachelor Degree in International Development Studies and Hispanic Studies (Hons.) from Trent University, Peterborough, Ontario, Canada - 2009 - Masters in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute, Bern Switzerland - 2012 - Certificate in Project Management, Gama Learning Institute, Castries, Saint Lucia

Timothy Fevrier

Timothy Fevrier has been involved in the arts, culture and entertainment business for the past 17 years and a founding director of RPM Inc. He has been involved with the arts and culture in St. Lucia from 2001, stage managing major National theatrical productions. He has also been a member of the National Carnival Queen Pageant committee and has judged at community pageants in St. Vincent.
