Mr. Gaona has experience in design and project management of public and private infrastructure projects as well as construction management experience in the renewables industry. Mr. Gaona has designed multiple water, wastewater and storm water municipal projects as well as managed heavy-civil construction projects in South Texas. Mr. Gaona is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager in the State of Texas
