This model will include new and innovating learning to learn strategies based on ICT technologies and individual learning that will be included in each school`s curriculum. All the strategies will be based on the partners` needs and experience and will be customized to include students with social, economic difficulties or with learning disabilities. We are convinced that in order to give our students every opportunity to complete their education, to prevent early school leaving and to combat failure in education and thus increase their chances of success in their future careers, we must prepare our students to become successful individual learners... Through all the activities of this partnership we will focus on the learning process, raising students` motivation for learning and creating innovating and successful learning to learn strategies to be implemented in all partner schools and to be used while studying different subjects: ICT, Foreign languages, History, Geography, Science,..
