United Strength & Wellness opened its doors in March of 2020 under the ownership of Jordan Rouse and Elyse Owen. With the mission of promoting strength training to everyday people, the coaches hope to instil resilience and self-efficacy into their community. The 1200 square foot private training studio is equipped with 5 lifting platforms, a rower, an assault bike, sleds, an open turf area, and more. Under the semi-private training service, members get access to their own training station, individualized programming tailored to their goals and training history, and coach supervision so everyone can reach their goals as a team...
