Moses is a Business Process Engineer specialized in Operations Management.
Moses works in King of Prussia, a suburb of Philadelphia, PA, for a leading financial firm focused on major pharmaceutical companies like Merck, Astra Zeneca and Shire. He devised several projects leading to significant work quality improvement and clients' experience: cycle time issue resolution, streamlined invoicing submission… Moses also managed the Customer Service team that he largely contributed to set up. Prior to this position, Moses worked for Merck pharmaceuticals in Lansdale, PA as a Marketing Project Manager in charge of France and Canada. He started his career working in Ivory Coast for Orange, a wireless network company, subsidiary of France Telecom as Customer Service Manager. Mr. Kakou holds a dual MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. He created and managed a website: devoted to the promotion of Africans in the US and has been Deputy Secretary General and Treasurer of the Ivorian Association of the Delaware Valley- a non-profit organization - since 2012.
Franck M. Sahou had an extensive experience in the US Financial Institutions for the past 10 years.
Franck started his career as a Financial Sales Consultant at PNC Bank, N.A. He later on joined Wells Fargo Bank, N.A as a branch Manager with the primary objective to serve the customers total financial service needs resulting in greater market share. Together with his team of personal bankers, they are creating a vital organization, promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments. As a register investment license series (6 & 63) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Franck works with Wells Fargo Advisors as a Brokerage Associate where Investment products and services are offered through Wells Fargo Advisors. Originally from Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire), he transitioned to the United States to pursue his education, earning himself with a Bachelors Degree in Economics at Rowan University in Glassboro New Jersey. Currently Franck is a MBA Candidate with Alfred Lerner college of Business and Economics, the University of Delaware. Franck M. Sahou is heavily involved in his Ivorian community as the President of Cote D'Ivoire Assoc.
