Adna Abdirahman Mohamed an Organizational Development and Monitoring and &Evaluation expert. She has over 6 years' experience in community development and capacity building projects across Somalia. She has consulted for a number of UN Agencies such as UNDP and international NGOs such as MEDAIR, and Italian Cooperation. Most of these assignments include project verification and evaluations in South Central Somalia. She has excellent organizational skills and good networks necessary for field level arrangements. She has good communication skills, both spoken and written Somali, English and Swahili.

Benard is the Programs Coordinator and lead consultant in data collection, analysis and reporting. He has extensive experience in data collection through various means. He is also an expert in data analysis using various data analysis software.
He is also a good report writer and presenter. He has worked with the organization in various projects and the output has been excellent. Mr. Ochaka has undertaken various courses and attended various seminars in relation to project management. He is a Kenyan by birth but has extensive understanding of Somalia setting geographically and culturally.

Dr. Salim is a legal expert with extensive knowledge in governance and public policy formulation. He has provided legal support to the WorldBank, UN Habitat, UNDP, UNFPA and a myriad of other international entities both in Somalia and abroad.

Hellen is in charge of office services and ensures the smooth running by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll;controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
