In 2007, my son joined the business and quickly grasped all the technical knowledge necessary, to be able to advise our customers on the right product. We pride ourselves on good customer service as in today's world, that is sadly lacking in many businesses and being a family business, personal service is guaranteed. When you make contact with us initially, you will speak to Tony (myself) or Dominic (my son), from that point onwards you will not deal with any middlemen or sub contractors. All consulting, quoting, installation and any aftersales, is dealt with by Tony or Dominic personally. If you require a quotation or advice on a project you may have, call 01628 898123 to book a showroom visit or alternatively an appointment in your own home, myself or Dominic will then do all we can to assist you.
