The project is created by the German transport company Richter Transport with its training center in the city of Wesel in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia... Richter Transport along with its German project consortium, establishes a training center in Serbia for transport of goods in road transport, with introduction of German standards of systemic transport solutions, by increasing capacity and knowledge in the transport of goods in Serbia through improvement and further development of vocational training.
