CARE ON CALL - Key Persons
Anelie joined the Wellington Care on Call Team in January 2019 as a Care Coordinator, she has recently been appointed a new role as Client Service Manager in the Wellington office managing the day to day coordination. Anelie believes in exceptional customer service and looks after our clients base with a lot of understanding and compassion.
In her spare time Anelie enjoys photography which she is passionate about.

Bronwyn joined the Hawkes Bay team in July 2020. She has been been working in the same industry for over 6 years with another local healthcare provider , primarily dealing with complex care 24hr clients and their teams of support workers and other short term ACC clients and MOH individualised funding clients.
When Bronwyn is not at work she is spending time with her horses and is enjoying working in the large garden. She shares a passion of American muscle cars with her husband and attend a lot of events around the country such as Americarna.
Christine has about 15 years experience in marketing management both from overseas and in New Zealand with a focus on customer care and strategic planning. She is very passionate about Care On Call for which she worked for the last 4 years. Christine strongly believes that staff welfare and customer satisfaction are paramount to the success of the organisation.
Outside work, she enjoys spinning classes, long walks along the Hutt river and cooking for family and friends.
David has been in healthcare management roles for over 25 years and mostly recently with Care on Call as its CEO since 2012. In that time David has got to know many of our clients and what matters to them. David believes that the client experience should always come first including being listened to and kept in good clinical hands. Technology also is something of interest to him, as it allows us to connect in different ways that we weren't able to before. David has 3 kids and loves to take them sailing and snorkelling when he can.

Debbie was born and raised in the Mighty Waikato. With over 16 years of experience in the disability sector, she worked closely with Whanau and a range of support providers before joining Care on Call in 2024, as Client Services Manager for the new Hamilton branch.
Inspired by word in the community of our reputation for providing amazing tautoko (support) to Whanau, Debbie joined the team to contribute to this positive energy. Her approach is all about building strong connections with Whanau and all tangata.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her Mokopuna, who keep her feeling young, and definitely on her toes!

Emma started with Care On Call in December 2015, doing administrative duties for the accounts team, before dipping her toes in coordinating for the Central region.
In 2021 she became the Accounts and Finance Manager for Care on Call, before taking up the challenge of Client Services Manager for the Central and Taranaki region in October 2023.
Emma is excited about what this new role will bring for her, as it allows her to get back out in to the community and meet with our amazing clients and connect with our support workers.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

- Group Clinical Nurse Manager
Geri joined Care On Call in October 2021, and currently runs a team of 14 nurses across the country. Originally from the UK, Geri emigrated to New Zealand in 2006. She did her nursing training in Otago and then worked in General Practice and Aged Care for 5 years before moving to sunny Nelson.
In 2020, she moved south to Christchurch and began working for our sister company Florence Nightingale Agency before they joined forces in 2021 where she moved into her current role as Group Clinical Nurse Manager. Geri is passionate about nursing and providing clinically accurate, holistic care that meets the self-identified needs of the person.
Outside of work, Geri loves to spend time with her family and pet Labrador, going for walks and to the beach. Geri also loves to cook and bake with her children, as well as for the office. Her recent specialty is marshmellow which she mastered during one of the lockdowns.
Geri is excited to be working with such a kind, caring and supportive group of people and is looking forward to what the future holds for nursing.
We have home care help covering the entire Hawkes Bay from Wairoa to Waipukurau and we also offer services in the Gisborne area. We coordinate home care help services through our local Napier office.

Helen, originally from the UK, has a rich background in healthcare, spanning over 25 years as a registered nurse, with 18 years dedicated to district nursing in both the UK and Otautahi Christchurch. After marrying her husband in New Zealand, she spent a decade back in the UK before returning to Christchurch in 2013 with their two children.
Helen joined the Care On Call group in 2020 as a Nurse Educator, drawn by the opportunity to train and support our talented support workers and enhance the quality of care they provide. With a passion for high-quality community nursing, which began with her first district nurse placement as a student in 1994, Helen considers it a privilege to deliver care in people's homes. Her commitment to professional growth led her to complete postgraduate studies, grow the training team, and transition into her current role as Chief People & Culture Officer. Now, she focuses on creating a supportive work environment and promoting staff wellbeing.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys family time, op-shopping, and exploring the outdoors. She's an avid ocean swimmer in summer and loves hitting the mountains in winter.

John joined the Care On Call team in November 2023 as the Auckland and Northland Client Services Manager.
John was a nurse back in the Philippines before moving to New Zealand in 2013, at which point he studied Diversional Therapy and worked mostly in aged care. He started as a caregiver before becoming a Registered Diversional Therapist, led his own team of activities coordinators, and has recently decided to transition into the community side of healthcare, ensuring people with short and long-term disabilities are supported in their journey to recovery.
Beyond the responsibilities of work, John loves having time with his family, photography, movies and gaming.

Nipun joined in the role of Client Services Manager with the Hamilton team of Care On Call is on 2024. His career in the healthcare sector spans over five years in strategic roles at different organisations, all in the conveniently located city of Hamilton.
His academic and professional background stems from strategic management, which fuels his passion for developing effective strategies to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes. This enthusiasm for strategy is not just his career but a personal commitment to improving the lives we touch through thoughtful, effective care solutions.
At the heart of his work is a belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare, and every small improvement can make a significant difference in someone's life. Outside of work, he enjoys capturing memories with his budding digital photography skills when he goes on weekend getaway experiences.

Rene is originally from South Africa and immigrated to Lower Hutt, Wellington, in 2017 with her partner and their then 2-year-old twins. She has 19 years of experience in the fuel industry, working as a scheduler and handling the buying and distributing/selling of fuel in bulk.
Rene joined Care on Call Wellington in 2020 as a caregiver and later transitioned to an office coordinator role. In 2022, her family relocated to Taupo, where she initially served as the coordinator for Waikato and Bay of Plenty. In April 2024, she assumed the role of Client Services Manager for Taupo, Rotorua, and Bay of Plenty.
Rene is passionate about her job and strongly believes in the mission of her work. Aside from her family, she says her job is the most important thing in her life. In her spare time, Rene enjoys studying and going on adventures with her 8-year-old twins.

Samantha was working in a call centre in Brisbane City before transitioning to a role in Data Entry Support with the Care On Call Accounts team. Throughout her time with the company she has worn many hats, serving as a Support Worker, the Client Services Manager for Central, and now the Flexible Supports Manager for the North Island.
In her role, Samantha values that people put their trust in her as she is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and working alongside tangata and their whanau to empower inidividuals to live their best lives.
She endeavours to provide Tangata Whaikaha with choice and control, and give her staff a strong support foundation where their voice is heard, and their strengths and individuality celebrated.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, going away for girls trips, and always having a laugh.
Tracey joined Care on Call in 2017 after previously working in the wine industry.
What she enjoys most about Human Resources is the day-to-day interaction with people, whether it involves conducting job interviews, assisting current employees with questions, or helping to solve any problems that may arise.
In her spare time, she relishes moments spent with her family and friends.
