We established this business as Ireland's only advisory, representation, director services and training firm owned and operated by a former Director of the Central Bank of Ireland. Peter Oakes's international regulatory experience includes employment with the UK Financial Services Authority (Enforcement Lawyer) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (Senior Officer). Peter has advised the Governor and Deputy Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and he has worked at senior levels for regulated businesses as in-house counsel, compliance officer, executive and non-executive director.
